General Member
General members need to meet the following conditions:
This program aims to evaluate and recognize the professional
abilities and knowledge of individuals in the field of international
investment arbitration. Through a rigorous evaluation process, we have
identified qualified professionals who have demonstrated outstanding
knowledge and skills in this professional field.
Senior Member
Senior members must meet the following conditions:
Individuals who hold arbitration qualifications and have
extensive experience as arbitrators recognized by the board of directors; Or
have become a general member of the association, completed the senior member
training courses prescribed by the council, passed the senior member
qualification assessment, and have rich work experience in
arbitration/alternative dispute resolution (ADR) recognized by the council.
