Individuals who hold arbitration qualifications and have extensive experience as arbitrators recognized by the board of directors; Or have become a general member of the association, completed the senior member training courses prescribed by the council, passed the senior member qualification assessment, and have rich work experience in arbitration/alternative dispute resolution (ADR) recognized by the council.
