For entrepreneurs, lawyers, universities and mediation/arbitration practitioners, it provides a bilingual training and policy research exchange platform in Chinese and English, relies on the country's leading dispute resolution community and cross regional communication channels, closely follows the 'the Belt and Road' initiative, and helps state-owned and private enterprises use investor state arbitration to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and enables awareness and practice of rights and interests protection.
